Delivery

All standard deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date and will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after successfully placing the order.

All Orders above INR 399/- are eligible for FREE Standard delivery.

Standard shipping rate of INR 60 will be applicable on all orders that are below INR 499/-

Minimum order for monogrammed socks should be in multiples of 3 pairs. All the monogrammed socks orders will dispatch within 7 - 10 working days from the order received date.

All Cotstyle orders will be delivered in a discreet Cotstyle mailing bag and your Cotstyle products will be wrapped and packaged to ensure the safe arrival at your doorstep.

Please be aware that this delivery method is for INDIA addresses only and requires a signature upon delivery. All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time.

RETURNS: To return your unwanted items for a refund, please return them in sellable condition by generating return request through orders tab in the “My Account” section of Cotstyle.com or contact us with your order number along with the images of the product within 7days from the order delivered date. Please be aware, personalized products such as Made to sample shirts,monogrammed socks, Socks with gift boxes & Masks do not fall under our returns policy.

Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery.


Due to covid-19 cases increasing day to day, currently we are not accepting any returns/replacement on mask.

EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange on a like for like product, simply select exchange while creating return request under “My Account” section of coystyle.com.

Request to be created within 7 days from the product received date. Please be aware that exchange is provided only if the item delivered to you does not match the size/colour ordered by you or if our product is faulty. We will send you replacement after the returned product passes our quality check regulations.

Both return and exchanges will be reviewed, and pick-up will be arranged within 24 to 48 hours post approval.

Please be informed that any shipping charges paid for the order are non-refundable!

If the product is not used, we will provide the full refund of the product price.

Please make sure that all the packaging, paperwork and products are returned unworn, undamaged & unwashed.

 

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 & Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

 

All returns or exchanges would be made at the delivery address provided on initial order. Please make sure to request a signed copy of the postage as proof while you are sending the items back to us.Please note that can take up to 10 days from the date of return received.
