What is the specialty of wearing mercerised cotton?

Cotton is a 'natural’ fibre, which means it is not derived using chemicals. For someone with sensitive skin, or for children, polyester might be an irritant and cause chafing of the skin. Mercerised cotton on the other hand is softer and more absorbent, resulting in lesser to no irritation of the skin. This is especially important when choosing your garments. Our 100% cotton Shirts, T-Shirts & socks are very light and soft on your skin, and won’t make your body sweat in normal conditions unlike the polyester garments. While the fit is important, choosing the right material goes a long way in ensuring extra comfort. Mercerisation also makes the product lustrous and soft adding not only comfort but luxury to your feet. Mercerised cotton products also stand the tests of time and several washes, and will make your Apparels fit and look almost as good as new over a long period of time.

How many washes do our products last?

Cotstyle products are manufactured to last many washes. Our socks last up to 100-125 washes in Machine wash, and more than 200 washes if washed by hand and line dried. All Cotstyle products should be washed and dried inside out to make them last longer.

My Account

I have forgotten my password. How can I get into my account?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Login” at the top right corner of the home page and then click on the “Forgot your password” link. This will take you to a new page where you will need to enter your registered email address. Once submitted, you will get a recovery link on your email id through which you can reset your password.

How can I view previous orders I have placed?

Once you log in, under “My Account” section go to “My Orders” where you can view all of your past orders. This makes it easy for you to see the sizes and styles you chose in the past, and can quickly reorder your favorites.

How can I get the same quality and shade like I bought last time?

In “My orders” tab under “My Account” section, you will find your past orders. You can reorder the product again to get the same shade and quality. Our products undergo an extensive quality inspection process that ensures each batch has exactly the same colour and quality as the last, and every product in a batch is also of the same superior quality.

How can I subscribe to Cotstyle Newsletter?

From time to time we like to send our customers new product information, fashion tips and other brand information. Simply login to your account under the “My Account” section, you can subscribe to our newsletter bout the world of Cotstyle. To unsubscribe simply click on the ‘unsubscribe’ option that is present in every email we send.

My Cotstyle order isn’t quite right. How can I return my order?

Cotstyle offers all its customers a quick and simple returns policy. To find out how to return your orders please check out our Delivery & Returns page.

I’ve received a faulty product, what happens now?

Cotstyle conducts a very thorough and strict quality control process and our products are manufactured with the highest of standards and individually hand checked. All this is done such that you should not receive a faulty item. However, if any of our items is not up to the mark, please place a return request for the order or contact us at sales@cotstyle.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure that your faulty item is returned to Cotstyle free of charge and a replacement pair be dispatched to you. To know more, please visit Delivery & Returns page.

How do I know if my return has been received?

Returns may take up to 3 days to be processed within our warehouse. Once your return has been received you will get a confirmation from our Customer Service team advising you of the action that we have taken. If you have not received this email after ten working days please Contact Us.

How can I pay for my order?

All payments processed on Cotstyle are managed through a secure payment gateway Razorpay, ensuring a safe checkout process for you each and every time.

How do I know which size is right for me?

Each of our product is made to measure for the perfect fit for your feet. Since most of our products are 100% cotton, they tend to not stretch as much as products with polyester can. We have a detailed “Size Guide” to help you choose the correct size. For ease of understanding, we have provided the images of Shirt, T-shirt & Trousers to determine the size. We have mapped the size of the socks to that of your shoe size.

Do I need to order the same size socks that I take in a shoe?

Yes, we recommend you select a sock that covers your shoe size. Please see our Size Guide for more details.

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes. One of our customer service executives will be more than happy to take your order and payment over the telephone. You can call on 08455-226113 to place your order.

Does my delivery and billing address need to be the same?

No. You can select a different delivery address. Simply fill the correct address under “Delivery information”. If both addresses are same, click on “Ship to same address” option during checkout.

How will I know that you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email as well as text message. This acts as confirmation that your order has been received and all of your order details will be included in this. If you do not receive this email please check your ‘Junk Mail’ or ‘Spam’ folder prior to contacting us.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email & SMS confirmation of your shipping details. You can track the order by clicking on the tracking link provided along with the order dispatch mail. You can also track your order by going to “My Account” > “Mr Orders” section on the website.

What packaging will my order arrive in?

All Cotstyle orders are dispatched in secure packaging with a custom signature brand packaging to ensure the safe and secure delivery at your doorstep.

I am struggling to complete my order on Cotstyle. What should I do?

Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Do I have to pay to return goods?

Cotstyle offer its customers free returns in India. If you are returning an item to us for refund or exchange, please create returns/exchanges request by logging in to Cotstyle.com and return your order back to Cotstyle. In the event that you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us in the first instance. Our Customer Service team will be able to advise. If the item is faulty, please create returns/exchanges request and return with the goods. It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable manner.

How do I return goods?

To return your unwanted items for a refund, please return them in sellable condition by generating return/exchange request through orders tab in the “My Account” section of Cotstyle.com or contact us with your order number within 7 days from the order delivered date. Please be aware, personalized products such as Made to sample shirts, monogrammed socks & Socks with gift boxes do not fall under our returns policy.

How are refunds credited?

Refunds for returned goods will be credited to the account / card used to pay for the original order through Razorpay.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Returns and credits are processed within 10 working days and we will email you the details informing you of the same.

I am buying the socks as a gift, what happens if I want an exchange them?

As long as the socks have not been worn and they are returned in the same condition that they were received in they can be exchanged within 7 days from delivery.

Is the Cotstyle website secure?

We have taken every care to ensure the security of Cotstyle website and follow numerous recommended and compulsory guidelines. All of our payments and associated payment information is handled through Razorpay, which adopts industry standard security methods such as SSL encryption to protect your personal information.

What does SSL mean, how do I know the website is safe?

Cotstyle uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means your data is encrypted and protected when you send data to Cotstyle over the Internet. You can tell a site uses and has enabled SSL when you see a padlock at the top of your browser. You will also notice that the location field at the top of the browser will be with ‘https’ instead of the normal ‘http’. This means you are in secure mode.
